You are also comfortable coaching and mentoring junior sales representatives to enhance their prospecting quality and conversion rates.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Bigblue, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion in the UK market, which is one of the largest e-commerce markets in Europe. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect evaluation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include improving sales processes and monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for enhancement.
You will collaborate closely with the wider UK team to prioritize product and operational improvements, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients. Monitoring sales performance will be a key aspect of your role, as you will identify improvement areas in lead generation and deal closing strategies. Additionally, you will coach and support UK Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance their prospecting efforts and conversion rates.
