What you'll do

As an Associate Account Director at RAPP, you will play a pivotal role in our award-winning Account Leadership team. You will coordinate with various departments, including data analysts, strategists, and creatives, to ensure that client projects are executed flawlessly. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our agency's capabilities. You will lead discussions with clients, presenting strategies and solutions that foster growth and engagement.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
