You have a strategic mindset and an ownership mentality — you effectively guide and direct teams to enhance growth and viability in your territory. Your experience in sales management has equipped you with the skills to drive overall sales strategy and coordinate efforts across various teams.
You excel at researching, developing, and securing new business while maintaining and upselling opportunities within your designated territory. Your ability to create solutions for customer needs and consult them through the sales process sets you apart as a leader in your field.
What you'll do
As an Account Director, you will manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will identify and progress new business with top prospects, developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Owning your pipeline is crucial to ensure long-term, consistent performance in quarterly and annual quota achievement.
You will maintain and grow revenue from existing customers by selling and cross-selling solutions into new departments. Building relationships with key decision-makers in existing and prospective organizations will be a key part of your role, as will developing an understanding of business issues and opportunities to create high-value proposals.
