What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the U.S. Mid-Market Goods organization, focusing on elevating the Shopping segment. You will guide and empower a team of Sales Managers, driving both new client acquisition and meaningful expansion within existing partnerships. Your leadership will shape how innovative brands succeed on Reddit, influencing a core pillar of the company's revenue strategy.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. By leveraging data and insights, you will develop targeted approaches to engage brands and maximize their success on the platform.
