Your ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies has been demonstrated through your previous roles, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and customer acquisition. You understand the nuances of the subscription-based revenue model and can leverage this knowledge to enhance sales performance. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and motivation within your team, ensuring that each member is equipped to meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. This insight enables you to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that align with the company's objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the business as it transitions from a start-up to a scale-up. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels and articulate the vision and goals of the sales team clearly.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and technologies that facilitate sales processes. You may have a background in account management or business development, which complements your sales leadership experience. A passion for technology and understanding of how it can enhance productivity and collaboration in teams will set you apart.

You will set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure your team meets its sales targets. You will analyze sales metrics and market data to refine strategies and improve team performance continuously.
You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals. This includes leveraging inbound and greenfield lead generation channels to maximize customer acquisition and revenue expansion from existing customers. You will play a critical role in helping self-service customers upgrade to Enterprise products, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to succeed.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the sales team. You will encourage open communication and collaboration, ensuring that team members feel empowered to share ideas and best practices. As Notion continues to grow, you will be at the forefront of shaping the sales strategy and driving the company's success in the AMER region.
