What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and evolving test automation frameworks that support the Quality Engineering team at Reddit. You will analyze production issues and identify gaps in the testing stack, making systemic improvements to automated testing processes. Your work will involve maintaining the stability of test infrastructure in non-production environments, ensuring that all testing tools are functioning optimally. You will participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues with various teams, driving towards root cause identification and resolution. Your influence will extend across the engineering organization as you promote best practices for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. You will help build an engineering culture that prioritizes quality in all software feature development teams at Reddit.
