Who you are

You have a strong background in technical solutions and at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the advertising technology space. You excel at translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that drive performance outcomes for clients. Your expertise includes working with advertiser signal integrations, particularly with CAPI and pixel implementations. You are comfortable leading technical discovery calls and guiding clients through onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges. You thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Desirable

Experience with various advertising technologies and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can help assess and optimize ad performance. A background in quality assurance practices will also be beneficial in ensuring high-quality signal capture through rigorous testing. You are a proactive communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike, and you have a passion for helping others succeed through technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, guiding clients through the end-to-end onboarding process for CAPI and pixel-based solutions. You will lead technical discovery calls to assess advertisers' tech stacks and provide tailored recommendations for optimizing their ad signals. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality signal capture, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during implementation. You will work closely with priority advertisers, providing hands-on support and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Additionally, you will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues for non-priority advertisers, ensuring a high level of service across the board. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in advertising solutions, allowing you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
