You have 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, specifically in factory automation or related fields. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing tooling and fixtures that support the production of the Terran R vehicle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and automation, to ensure that your designs are feasible and align with production goals. Your work will involve creating detailed CAD models and drawings, conducting design reviews, and iterating on designs based on feedback from stakeholders. You will also be involved in prototyping and testing your designs to validate their performance and functionality. As part of the Tooling and Factory Automation team, you will play a crucial role in enabling efficient manufacturing processes that contribute to the success of the Terran R program.
