What you'll do
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Relativity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth process for candidates. You will help maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidate information is up to date and accurate. Your responsibilities will also include communicating with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in crafting job descriptions that attract the right talent. Additionally, you will participate in recruitment events and help promote Relativity as an employer of choice.
