You have a proven track record in customer success management, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Your empathetic nature allows you to connect with clients and understand their needs deeply, making you a trusted advisor. Your experience in managing customer lifecycles, from deployment to training and adoption, equips you to handle various challenges effectively. You understand the importance of data and product knowledge in driving customer success and are eager to leverage these to enhance client relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a book of business, ensuring strong customer health and adoption to achieve retention revenue targets. You will develop success plans tailored to each customer's objectives, working closely with the SevenRooms product and service offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with account development teams to enhance customer satisfaction. You will engage with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, building long-lasting relationships that foster trust and loyalty. Your role is essential in ensuring that clients receive the support they need throughout their entire lifecycle with SevenRooms, from initial deployment to ongoing training and adoption. You will be a key player in the SevenRooms Customer Success Team, contributing to a diverse and global team dedicated to helping customers meet their business goals.
