You have a strong background in security engineering, with experience in building detection systems and responding to threats. You are familiar with adversarial environments and understand the challenges of defending against constantly evolving attacks. Your expertise in AI and machine learning allows you to apply innovative solutions to security problems, particularly in the context of AI-generated content. You are proficient in programming languages such as Python and have experience with cloud platforms like AWS. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures.
Desirable
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus. Familiarity with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
As a Security Engineer on the Anti-Abuse team, you will design and implement systems that detect and mitigate abuse scenarios on Replit's platform. You will build AI-powered detection systems that leverage machine learning to identify malicious patterns and automate response decisions. Your role will involve developing guardrails for AI-generated code to prevent exploitation and ensure user safety. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to identify emerging abuse patterns and create effective solutions to combat them. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of implemented systems and iterating on them based on real-world feedback and evolving threats.
