What you'll do
As a Support Engineer I at Replit, you will work directly with customers via support tickets to solve technical product issues and bugs while providing technical guidance. You will meet daily ticket volume and resolution time targets, ensuring that developers worldwide receive the support they need. Collaborating with the Support team, you will help tell the story of our users and contribute to maintaining the Support team's Knowledge Base.
You will support customer-facing communications for outages and incidents, swiftly reporting ongoing bugs for engineering to triage and fix. Your role will involve not only responding to user inquiries but also actively participating in the development of tools that enhance the support experience. You will be part of a small, dedicated team that values problem-solving and innovation, working together to empower the next billion software creators.
