Restaurant365 is hiring a Payment Implementation Specialist to manage the onboarding process for customers using their AP Payments platform. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams to ensure a smooth implementation experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in customer success or implementation roles, ideally within a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of customer onboarding and are skilled at managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, allowing you to identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively. Your ability to maintain momentum during the onboarding process is crucial, as you guide customers to their first successful payment with confidence.
What you'll do
As a Payment Implementation Specialist at Restaurant365, you will be the primary point of contact for customers onboarding to the AP Payments platform. You will own the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial intake and compliance checks through to the go-live phase and the first payment. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Payment Operations, Enrollment, and Accounting Implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
You will be responsible for setting expectations with customers and providing them with the necessary resources and support throughout the implementation process. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service and ensuring that customers feel confident and informed every step of the way.
