Who you are

You are a highly motivated and strategic individual with a strong background in project management and marketing. You have experience launching consumer-facing programs and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable results. Your ability to shape go-to-market strategies aligns with Revance's brand and business objectives. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are adept at coordinating teams to ensure successful program execution.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various departments, including marketing, sales, legal, finance, and IT. Your project management expertise allows you to oversee program development timelines and ensure stakeholder alignment. You are detail-oriented and can manage complex projects from concept through optimization and growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the VP of Portfolio & Loyalty to develop the loyalty program strategy. You will build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan that includes positioning, consumer messaging, and channel strategy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the program launch and execution, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

You will serve as the central commercial program lead, coordinating internal teams and managing program development timelines. Your role will involve leading working sessions, status updates, and decision-making forums to drive progress and resolve any roadblocks that may arise. You will be accountable for the end-to-end management of the loyalty program, ensuring its long-term performance and scalability.
