What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Delve, you will own the client relationship post-sale, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with our platform. You will run effective onboarding calls to help customers realize value quickly, guiding them through the initial setup and usage of our services. Your focus will be on driving ongoing engagement and platform usage, proactively identifying opportunities for renewal and growth.
You will champion Delve in every interaction, maintaining a positive tone and reinforcing the value our platform brings to customers. Regularly showing ROI will be a key part of your role, as you quantify the time and money we save our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure their success, ultimately setting the stage for renewals and upsell opportunities.
