You are experienced in preparing and posting journal entries, including accruals and reconciliations, and you have a proven track record of resolving discrepancies in balance sheet accounts. Your expertise in intercompany accounting ensures that transactions between domestic and international entities are documented and settled accurately. You are committed to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and reporting accuracy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage components of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications, while also preparing balance sheet account reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include managing intercompany transactions and eliminations, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation for accurate corporate-level financial reporting.

You will calculate and record monthly and quarterly bonus accruals based on input from HR and FP&A, reconciling compensation-related accounts to align with payroll and performance metrics. Your role will require you to support the corporate accounting team in various functions as needed, contributing to the overall success of the finance department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial processes are streamlined and effective, ultimately supporting the company's financial goals.
