As a Developer Support Engineer at RevenueCat, you will help developers integrate the RevenueCat SDK into their applications and troubleshoot tricky edge cases. What you'll do
In this role, you will provide hands-on support for some of the biggest apps in the world, helping teams behind popular applications like ChatGPT, VSCO, and Notion get the best out of RevenueCat. You will be empowered to own the support experience, build out internal tools, and identify improvements that shape how developers everywhere utilize the RevenueCat platform. Your work will directly contribute to the success of developers and their applications, making a significant impact on the mobile subscription landscape.
You will troubleshoot integration issues and guide developers through the process of using the RevenueCat SDK effectively. This role will allow you to develop your technical skills while also enhancing your customer service abilities. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that developers receive the best possible support and resources.
