You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on fintech or SaaS products — you've successfully led product strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment and understand the intricacies of building new business lines from the ground up. Your strong analytical skills allow you to define metrics and track progress effectively, ensuring that your team meets its goals. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, data science, finance, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative products to life. You are customer-obsessed and always seek to understand user needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product features. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are comfortable defining the roadmap and user experience for new initiatives. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate your vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, and you enjoy mentoring and guiding junior team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape RevenueCat Capital from the ground floor, defining the roadmap and user experience for the company's first fintech products. You will collaborate with leadership to establish a long-term vision for the business line, aiming to grow it into a $100M+ revenue stream. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify market opportunities, defining success metrics, and leading the launch of new products. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with user needs and business goals. Additionally, you will coordinate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of new offerings. As a Senior Product Manager, you will also be expected to mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at RevenueCat.
