You are a detail-oriented professional with deep experience supporting trading and investment operations workflows. You are adaptable and ready to contribute to improving and scaling operational workflows using cutting-edge tools, including AI technologies like ChatGPT.
What you'll do
As a Senior Trading Operations Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted trading operations and a smooth start to the trading day across APAC, EMEA, and North America. You will work directly with customers and cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to investigate, triage, and resolve issues in a production environment. Your responsibilities will include providing front-office trading support during U.S. overnight hours and early-morning reconciliation typically handled by U.S.-based teams. You will also contribute to improving operational workflows and ensuring operational readiness for trading activities.
