Desirable

Experience with AI-assisted performance engineering tools is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and enjoy mentoring engineers to help them grow in their careers.

What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Performance Engineering, you will lead a small, deeply technical team committed to ensuring Ridgeline’s platform scales reliably and predictably. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll set the vision for performance across the stack, from distributed systems to applications. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance performance and scalability, directly impacting the business outcomes.

You will partner with various teams to drive high-impact outcomes, utilizing AI-assisted performance engineering tools to improve developer efficiency. Your contributions will help reduce risk and deliver scalable performance solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
