What you'll do

As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst, you will lead day-to-day operations across EMEA, ensuring that the team is prepared for market expansions. You will serve as a trusted escalation point for operational issues and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success teams. Your role will involve building operational playbooks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to improve how we support and scale Ridgeline’s global footprint. Your leadership will shape how we engage with international customers, ensuring that we maintain operational readiness at scale. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
