Who you are

You have a strong background in office management and are ready to take on the challenge of overseeing day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment. You understand the importance of creating a positive workplace culture and have experience in managing teams effectively. You are comfortable working with various departments, including Procurement and IT, to ensure that office operations run smoothly. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across teams will be key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience in facilities management or a related field would be beneficial. Familiarity with health and safety standards is a plus, as you will assist in maintaining these across offices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in employee experience will set you apart.

What you'll do

As the Office Manager, you will oversee all administrative and operational policies and procedures for EMEA employees. You will lead a distributed team of office coordinators and workplace associates, acting as the central point of contact for workplace-related issues. Your role will involve collaborating with the Procurement team to assist with localized events and programs, ensuring that all office spaces are equipped with the necessary tools and resources. You will also partner with IT to manage AV and networking solutions, administer access controls, and lead space planning initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate health and safety training and emergency response protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
