BitGo is hiring a Director of Listings & Ecosystem Development to expand their Ecosystem Sales team. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to support business development in the financial services and cryptocurrency sectors. This role requires strong experience in client relationship management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the financial services or cryptocurrency sectors. Your experience includes managing client relationships and supporting live deals, ensuring that you can effectively coordinate with internal teams to deliver results. You are skilled in market research and analysis, which allows you to understand the dynamics of the crypto ecosystem and identify opportunities for growth.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to prepare presentations and proposals that resonate with clients. Your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders is crucial, as you will co-own client relationships and help with contracting processes. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the digital asset space and are eager to contribute to the development of new services for developers and early-stage startups.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Ecosystem to co-own client relationships, providing support for live deals and ensuring that all aspects of the engagement are managed effectively. You will produce market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem, helping to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for BitGo. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the development of new services aimed at developers and early-stage startups, ensuring that BitGo remains at the forefront of innovation in the digital asset space.
You will play a key role in organizing client relationships, helping to streamline contracting processes and ensuring that all client needs are met. Your insights and expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate with internal teams to enhance BitGo's offerings and drive growth in the ecosystem. BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 USD, along with equity and an annual performance bonus.
