Job Description
Who you are
You are a Senior Engineer with a strong specialization in generative AI applications — your expertise lies in developing and optimizing comprehensive machine learning pipelines that drive innovation and efficiency. You have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient large language models (LLMs) that meet diverse enterprise needs.
You possess deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks and methodologies — your experience includes working with various algorithms and tools that enhance the performance of AI applications. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and are adept at finding solutions that align with business objectives.
Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders — you understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at fostering relationships across different teams to achieve common goals. You thrive in environments where you can share your knowledge and mentor others, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
You are passionate about staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning — you actively seek opportunities to expand your skill set and apply new techniques to your work. Your curiosity drives you to explore innovative approaches that can enhance the capabilities of AI systems.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms and tools that support machine learning workflows is a plus — familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud can enhance your contributions to the team. Knowledge of data engineering practices will also be beneficial as you work on integrating data sources into machine learning pipelines.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and optimizing machine learning pipelines that support generative AI applications — your work will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of AI solutions for our enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to ensure that the AI models you develop align with business needs and user expectations.
You will take the lead in designing and implementing large language models (LLMs) that are tailored to meet the diverse requirements of our clients — this involves not only technical development but also understanding the specific challenges faced by different industries. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights will be crucial as you work with stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics.
You will also be responsible for conducting experiments and analyzing results to refine AI models — your analytical skills will help you identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. You will document your processes and findings, contributing to the knowledge base of the team and ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented.
