As a Market Leader, you are a visible people leader who understands the importance of recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. You have strong communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with all facets of the organization, including executive leadership, segment leaders, and internal functions such as marketing and finance. You are dedicated to cultivating a high-performance, inclusive office culture that drives exceptional results for clients.
Desirable
Experience in a similar leadership role within a professional services firm is a plus. Familiarity with various channels such as private equity and audit will enhance your ability to lead cross-segment commercial growth effectively.
What you'll do
