Who you are
You have extensive experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of patient access, coding, billing, claims, denials, systems integration, collections, and revenue integrity. Your strategic insight and hands-on experience enable you to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance for healthcare providers and payers.
You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams and collaborated with client leadership to deliver impactful financial and operational outcomes. Your ability to analyze complex situations and provide actionable recommendations is key to driving success in this role. You are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
As a Director in Riveron's Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, you will lead revenue cycle management efforts for a diverse range of clients across the healthcare ecosystem.
