What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of D365 Business Central solutions for various clients. You will work closely with a solution architect or project lead to define project tasks and timelines. Your role will involve interacting with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that the implementation aligns with their business objectives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the overall client experience.

You will be expected to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Your strong communication skills will be crucial as you present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes, sharing insights and best practices with your team.
