A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business is preferred, and certifications such as CFA, ASA, or ABV would be a strong asset. What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the CFGI Valuation Practice, where you will assist clients in navigating various complex debt and equity transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including enterprise valuation and intangible assets. You will perform goodwill and asset impairment testing for financial reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Additionally, you will be involved in the valuation of common stock securities for private enterprises, providing essential insights for financial and tax reporting purposes. Your expertise will also extend to advising clients on tax-related valuations, including federal, state, local, and international considerations. You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives through strategic valuation analyses.
