You have a strong background in performance marketing, particularly in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snap, and TikTok. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into performance data, identifying trends and insights that drive campaign optimizations. You are also imaginative, capable of conceptualizing engaging ad creatives that effectively convert potential patients into users.

Collaboration is key in your work style — you thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering with teams such as Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal, and Medical to ensure cohesive campaign strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders helps you align marketing efforts with broader company goals.

You are data-driven and results-oriented, always seeking to improve campaign performance through testing and optimization. You understand the importance of metrics and KPIs in measuring success and are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyze performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee a portion of Ro's paid social media budget, leading all aspects of campaign optimization and creative strategy. You will be responsible for driving new patient growth through innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing campaign performance data, adjusting strategies based on insights, and collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.

You will also conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and messaging, ensuring that campaigns are not only engaging but also effective in converting leads. Regular reporting on campaign performance to senior management will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to showcase the impact of your marketing efforts on patient acquisition.

As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, you will contribute to the overall marketing strategy, helping to position Ro as a leader in the direct-to-patient healthcare space. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping future marketing initiatives and driving the company's mission of delivering effective care to patients.
