Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles — you've built and maintained cloud infrastructure that supports scalable applications and services. Your proficiency in AWS and Linux allows you to manage cloud environments effectively, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You are familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, which you use to streamline deployment processes and enhance system resilience.

You understand the importance of observability in service-based architectures — you have experience implementing logging, metrics, and monitoring solutions that provide insights into system performance and health. Your ability to automate manual operational tasks has led to improved efficiency and reduced downtime in previous roles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with development teams to optimize build, test, and deployment processes.

What you'll do

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Robin AI, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are highly available and scalable. You will standardize and implement observability practices across our service-based architecture, utilizing logging, traces, metrics, and monitors to maintain optimal service levels. Your role will involve designing, deploying, and operating infrastructure that supports our product teams as we expand into new regions.

You will add automation around manual operational tasks, which will help streamline processes and improve overall system reliability. Participating in and enhancing our on-call and incident handling processes will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that we maintain 24/7 system reliability for our global customer base. You will collaborate with development team leads to optimize our build, test, and deployment processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.

What we offer

At Robin AI, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where innovation thrives through diverse perspectives. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Join us in our mission to transform the legal industry with cutting-edge technology and a collaborative team culture.
