You have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with experience in maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of complex systems. Your technical skills include proficiency in AWS and Docker, and you are comfortable working in a Linux environment. You understand the importance of client confidentiality and are committed to implementing effective monitoring and measurement strategies to ensure system reliability.
You are a proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams. You enjoy sharing insights and trends from the industry, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your experience includes participating in on-call duties and serving as an escalation contact for service incidents, demonstrating your ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
You have a knack for process development through automation, which allows you to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Your passion for mental health aligns with Talkspace's mission, and you are excited about the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives through technology.
Desirable

What you'll do
