What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Representative at Robinhood, you will be the voice of the company, assisting customers with their most complex issues. Your primary focus will be on options trading and margin-related inquiries, where you will empower customers to learn and grow as traders. You will provide feedback to business partners to enhance the product and platform, ultimately improving the overall customer experience. You will work in shifts that include remote overnight, in-office day shifts, and remote mid shifts, ensuring that you are available to assist customers when they need it most.
