Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to build their backline escalation function and exceed customer expectations. You'll develop expertise in Cyberhaven’s DLP and Insider Threat platform while collaborating with engineering teams. This role requires experience with SaaS-based security products and strong client focus.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in supporting EDR or DLP tools in an L2/L3 or Escalation Engineer role, which has equipped you with the technical depth needed to thrive in this position. Your experience with SaaS-based security products has honed your ability to communicate effectively with Security, IT, and customer operations teams, ensuring that you can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are naturally curious and driven to exceed customer expectations, taking personal ownership of resolving issues and collaborating with talented software engineers when necessary.
You possess a deep technical understanding of Cyberhaven’s reimagined DLP and Insider Threat platform, which allows you to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues effectively. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a strong client focus, enabling you to manage critical objectives and customer expectations for rapid turnaround. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are committed to providing valuable feedback to the engineering team to improve the debugging process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building the backline escalation function at Cyberhaven, which involves taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring they are resolved efficiently. You will analyze and troubleshoot problems related to Cyberhaven’s DLP and Insider Threat platform, working closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial as you collaborate with Cyberhaven's development teams to address customer concerns.
You will also provide valuable insights to the engineering team, helping to improve the debugging process and enhance the overall customer experience. As a trusted resource for both customers and engineers, you will play a key role in ensuring that Cyberhaven’s solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your initiative and problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving security landscape.
