What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the launch process for Economy products, driving the go-to-market strategy and ensuring that messaging and content creation align with the overall vision of Roblox. You will develop evergreen product content that educates and inspires creators, helping them understand how to maximize their earnings on the platform. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of creators while enhancing the overall user experience. You will analyze market trends and user feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning. Your role will also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that promote the Economy products effectively. You will be responsible for measuring the success of these initiatives and iterating on strategies based on performance data. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the growth of the Roblox economy and the success of its creators.
