What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Programming Operations Team at Frndly TV, overseeing a growing team dedicated to content management. You will be responsible for onboarding full content libraries and ensuring that the content quality meets the high standards expected by our users. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and implement solutions that enhance the user experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure that our customers are consistently exposed to the best content available. You will also prioritize workflows strategically to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in content delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation within the Programming Operations Team.
