Roofstock is hiring a Licensed Plumber to perform plumbing-related work orders and ensure plumbing systems across managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition. This role requires a licensed expert comfortable working independently.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a licensed plumber with hands-on expertise in plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations. You are comfortable working independently and have experience handling day-to-day plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to support a team of technicians on complex plumbing issues.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing-related work orders within the Dallas market and surrounding areas. You will ensure that all plumbing systems across managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition and compliant with state regulations. Your duties will include handling day-to-day plumbing repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance, serving as the primary plumbing resource for the In-House Maintenance team. You will also help standardize scopes of work and ensure plumbing systems across single-family and multifamily rentals are safe and reliable.
