Roofstock is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring. You'll partner with corporate leaders to enhance the hiring experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.

You have experience in recruitment, ideally within a corporate environment, where you've successfully managed the end-to-end hiring process. Your ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike sets you apart, as you understand the importance of a positive hiring experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about finding top talent who align with the company's mission and culture. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every step of the recruitment process is executed smoothly and efficiently. You are also adaptable, able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
Desirable
Experience with high-volume recruitment is a plus, as is familiarity with the real estate or technology sectors. You may also have a background in talent acquisition strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms will help you streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating closely with corporate and shared services leaders to understand their hiring needs. You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring that you are reaching out to potential hires through various channels. You will conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers, ensuring that the selection process is thorough and fair. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process. You will also assist in onboarding new hires, helping them integrate into the company culture and setting them up for success.
