You are proactive in your approach, utilizing various methods such as cold calling and social networking to identify and attract candidates. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a keen understanding of the hiring needs of different business units.

Desirable

Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies would be advantageous. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. A background in general and administrative roles is a plus, as it will help you better understand the specific needs of the teams you support.
