Who you are
You have a strong background in safety management and fleet operations — you've successfully implemented safety programs and managed vehicle fleets in previous roles. Your attention to detail ensures that safety protocols are followed and that all mobile assets are maintained effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills — you can bridge the gap between field operations and corporate risk, ensuring that every employee understands the importance of safety in their daily activities. Your ability to collaborate with various teams makes you a key player in fostering a culture of safety.
You are proactive and results-oriented — you take initiative in identifying safety risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them. Your analytical skills help you assess the effectiveness of safety programs and make data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
As the Safety and Fleet Specialist, you will own the full lifecycle of the vehicle fleet, from acquisition to maintenance and disposal. You will develop and implement a comprehensive safety program that aligns with the company's goals and ensures compliance with regulations. Your role will involve training employees on safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
