Who you are

You have a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and solution design principles, with a keen interest in modern infrastructure or cloud-based technologies. While experience in data center or industrial environments is beneficial, it is not a requirement. You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. You are eager to grow into complex solution-design work and are open to candidates with broader technology, engineering, or architecture backgrounds.

What you'll do

As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of technical solutions across the Rowan project portfolio. You will contribute to solution design and cross-functional coordination from early planning through implementation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet customer needs and align with the company's sustainability and efficiency goals. You will also engage in problem-solving activities to address technical challenges that arise during project execution.
