You have over 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in data center projects, where you've successfully led teams through complex builds. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage the General Contractor and coordinate with Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure project goals are met. You possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring that all phases are executed safely and efficiently.

Your technical expertise in construction methodologies and project management tools allows you to navigate challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget. You thrive in high-stakes environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt and make informed decisions quickly. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities at a hyperscale data center campus, ensuring that all work is performed safely and meets quality standards. You will lead the construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will involve regular communication with the General Contractor and internal teams to address any issues that arise during the construction process.

You will also be tasked with developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial, as you will oversee various aspects of construction across different sites. You will work closely with the Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met and that the final product aligns with client expectations.
