Rowan Digital Infrastructure is hiring a Reliability Engineer - Commissioning to ensure new data center facilities are operationally ready and meet reliability standards. This role requires strong leadership in commissioning strategy and collaboration across project lifecycles.

Desirable
Experience in data center operations or commissioning is a plus, as is familiarity with high-performance infrastructure systems. What you'll do
As a Reliability Engineer - Commissioning, you will lead the operational commissioning strategy for new data center facilities and expansions. Your role will involve ensuring that all critical infrastructure systems are thoroughly tested, validated, and documented before they are handed over to operations. You will collaborate closely with design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that operational readiness is prioritized from the outset. Your leadership will be crucial in developing commissioning plans that align with Rowan's standards for reliability and resiliency. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits and assessments, which may require travel up to 50% of the time, depending on project needs. Your expertise will help drive the successful delivery of projects that meet both customer expectations and sustainability goals.
What we offer
Rowan Digital Infrastructure offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, along with a bonus plan. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending three days in the Denver office and two days remotely.
