Rubrik is seeking a Channel Marketing professional to implement marketing activities across strategic channel partners. You'll manage partner marketing campaigns and track demand metrics to drive ROI. This role requires experience in cross-functional partnerships and campaign execution.

Who you are
You have a strong background in channel marketing, with a proven track record of managing partner marketing campaigns that align with business initiatives. Your experience includes cultivating cross-functional partnerships and executing marketing activities that generate measurable results. You excel in tracking and reporting metrics to quantify the impact of marketing programs, ensuring that they drive partner-sourced leads and pipeline growth. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You are detail-oriented and diligent in executing unique marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are carried out effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in leveraging global campaigns to implement scalable marketing programs that generate partner-sourced leads. You will manage the execution of Channel Marketing programs, resources, and tools designed to support demand generation. Your responsibilities will include tracking and reporting relevant partner demand metrics to quantify program impact and managing the creation and execution of quarterly partner marketing plans. You will support the education and coordination of stakeholders across the business and with partners to implement agreed-upon initiatives. Building tight partnerships with internal teams, including channel sales and marketing, will be crucial to successfully deploying partner marketing plans that drive growth. You will also facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
