What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Polaris Platform, you will lead the development of core infrastructure components that support Rubrik's cloud data management solutions. You will be responsible for building and driving the product component roadmap, ensuring that your team is aligned with the strategic vision of the company.

You will provide leadership and support to your team, guiding them through the complexities of project execution while fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere. Your role will involve championing continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging metrics to drive performance and predictability in project outcomes.

In addition to technical leadership, you will focus on career development for your team members, conducting regular one-on-ones and providing coaching to help them achieve their professional goals. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product requirements are met and that engineering efforts are aligned with business objectives.
