You have extensive experience in partner enablement and a proven track record of driving partner success in the cybersecurity industry. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and implement enablement strategies that resonate with partners and enhance their capabilities. You excel in collaboration, working closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in execution. Your ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable enablement content is a key strength. You are results-driven, focusing on metrics that demonstrate partner performance and customer outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You understand the importance of continuous learning and development in the partner ecosystem, ensuring that partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
What you'll do
As the Director of Global Partner Enablement, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives partner preference and accelerates pipeline growth. You will collaborate with the global go-to-market enablement team to ensure that enablement initiatives are effectively integrated into field execution. Your role will involve defining role-based, lifecycle-driven enablement programs that enhance partner time-to-value and long-term commercial success. You will work closely with Global Channel and Regional Partner Leaders to identify key areas for improvement and develop targeted training and resources. Additionally, you will analyze partner performance metrics to refine enablement strategies and ensure they align with Sophos' overall cybersecurity objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the partner ecosystem.
