Almabase is seeking a Customer Success Manager to collaborate with educational institutions to enhance alumni engagement and fundraising efforts. This role requires working during US hours and offers a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in the education sector or software solutions. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are passionate about helping institutions achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. You are comfortable working during US hours to align with the majority of Almabase's customer base. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing time in the office with remote work. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are dedicated to ensuring their success with the Almabase product.
Desirable
Experience working with alumni relations or fundraising teams is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and KPIs will help you excel in this role. A background in software or technology solutions will enable you to better understand the product and its applications for clients.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Almabase, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they derive maximum value from the product. You will work closely with alumni relations and fundraising staff at educational institutions to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions. You will monitor customer health metrics and work proactively to address any issues that may arise. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the product team to relay customer insights and contribute to product enhancements. Additionally, you will participate in customer success communities to share knowledge and best practices with peers in similar roles.
