What you'll do

As a Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor at Ruggable, you will oversee all aspects of the rug printing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will create daily plans and schedules for the print team, aligning them with plant and customer needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting printer issues in collaboration with maintenance and IT teams, ensuring minimal downtime. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you work alongside the Print Manager to optimize printing processes and enhance productivity.
