Who you are
You have previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, ready to take operations to new heights. You prioritize employee safety and are capable of leading project-based safety improvements. You understand the importance of meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people goals in a fast-changing environment, and you use data to make educated decisions to improve production performance. You can clearly articulate wins and opportunities to management and take initiative to cover gaps in operations. Your commitment to adhering to quality standards drives improvements in quality and efficiency for all employees.
What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Supervisor at Ruggable, you will direct and manage all production responsibilities, including safety, throughput, quality, and cost control. You will lead a team during the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 4 pm to 12:30 am. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement and optimization of production operation processes. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure that all production goals are met and that the team operates efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, ensuring they are equipped to contribute to the team's success.
