Who you are
You have a proven track record in channel sales, with extensive experience in building and managing relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Global Service Integrators (GSIs). Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership and Channel Marketing, sets you apart. You thrive in a culture that values transparency, autonomy, and accountability, and you understand the importance of aligning team goals with the company's mission.
You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with partners and drive sales performance. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to achieve targets. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities.
What you'll do
As the Channel Sales Director at SAFE Security, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies that align with the company's mission to build CyberAGI. You will work closely with the SVP of Global Channels & Alliances to establish and nurture relationships with key VARs and GSIs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Sales Operations to create a cohesive approach to channel sales. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will also be responsible for training and supporting channel partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to effectively sell SAFE Security's solutions.
In addition, you will lead initiatives to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual success. Your ability to communicate the value of SAFE Security's offerings will be crucial in building trust and credibility with partners.
