Overview
SafetyKit is seeking a GTM Generalist to own the full sales lifecycle and drive enterprise sales. You'll work closely with the CEO and engineering team to secure landmark deals. This role requires 3+ years of enterprise sales experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, particularly with deals ranging from $100k to $1M ACV. You have a proven track record of hitting annual revenue targets exceeding $2M, showcasing your ability to drive significant sales growth. Your experience includes cross-selling and upselling within enterprise accounts, demonstrating your strategic approach to sales. You thrive in an in-office environment, willing to work 5-6 days a week in San Francisco, and are excited about being part of a foundational team in a startup setting.
You possess a natural problem-solving mindset and analytical rigor, allowing you to navigate complex sales scenarios effectively. Your strong emotional intelligence enables you to build trust and long-term relationships with customers, which is crucial for success in enterprise sales. You are an exceptional communicator, capable of articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. You can zoom out on strategy while diving into details when necessary, ensuring that you maintain a holistic view of the sales process.
What you'll do
As a GTM Generalist at SafetyKit, you will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to running high-impact pilots and negotiating deals. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and your GTM teammates to win landmark enterprise deals, expanding relationships with some of the world's most important companies. Your role will involve leveraging AI tools in your workflows to enhance efficiency and drive results, ensuring that you stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with SafetyKit's mission to unify risk, compliance, and safety monitoring. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their pain points will be essential in crafting compelling proposals that resonate with decision-makers. You will also track your sales performance against targets, continuously seeking ways to improve your approach and outcomes.
